Pain Clinic of India Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2001 by Dr. Kailash Kothari as India's first dedicated interventional pain management clinic. Our Story

When Dr. Kailash Kothari established Pain Clinic of India in 2001, interventional pain management was virtually unknown in India. Patients with chronic pain had limited options — either surgery or long-term medication. Dr. Kothari recognized the need for a middle path: advanced, image-guided procedures that target the source of pain directly, providing effective relief without the risks of surgery.

Starting with a single clinic in Chembur, Mumbai, PCI has grown to operate across Chembur (Apollo Spectra), Gleneagles Hospital Parel, Fortis Mulund, and Margao, Goa. This growth reflects the immense demand for quality pain management services in India.
